    • Recent Trends in Arbitration in Cambodia and Japan

    • The English Language Based Master of Law (ELBML) Program of the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) and the Research Unit on “Decolonizing Arbitration” of Nagoya University, together with the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association (JCAA) and the Japan International Dispute Resolution Center (JIDRC), are organizing a webinar on “Recent Trends in Arbitration in Cambodia and Japan”.

      The purpose of this joint webinar is to provide participants with a basic knowledge of the principles and contemporary practices of commercial arbitration in Cambodia and Japan.
